Harold Ramis Of The Ghostbusters Passes Away.

It saddens me to bring news that one of the greatest comedy writers and director of our time, Harold Ramis died this morning of complications from an autoimmune inflammatory disease, he was 69 years old.

Harold Ramis was best known for his undeniably game changing comedies such as Caddyshack, Stripes, Groundhog Day, National Lampoon’s Animal House and the always classic Ghostbusters franchise.

Ramis was born Nov. 21, 1944, in Chicago. He is survived by his wife, Erica Ramos; sons Julian and Daniel; daughter, Violet, and two grandchildren.

He also left behind a reputation as a true inspiration to many.
